High Speed Slitting Rewinder

The main electric control system adopts center computer control(PLC), person-machine interface operation, dynamic display. Equipped with PLC and touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.

• 1. The operation interface of the machine control system is directly operated in front and rear of the machine.
• 2. The host adopts three-phase asynchronous motor, frequency conversion speed regulation.
• 3. The tension of material film can be adjusted automatically during operation (tapering tension control system is adopted for feeding).
• 4. Traction roller adopts flat push type double cylinder pressure roller, so that the film will not slip.
• 5. Unwinding adopts horizontal push-top type without shaft core or (air expansion shaft feeding), convenient loading and unloading.
• 6. Correction using synchronous motor, high-precision ball screw, photoelectric eye tracking edge and tracking printing line, slide rail using linear bearing, moving stroke 150mm, automatic correction and cutting more accurate and smooth.
• 7. Slitting using flat knife slitting and round knife slitting.
• 8. Automatic disposal device for waste edge.
• 9. The coiling shaft adopts horizontal rotating double-axis coiling design, which can be operated by one person.
• 10. With automatic meter/code, operation can automatically calculate the number of meters.
• 11. Part of the machine can be adjusted to eliminate the longitudinal and transverse deviation of raw materials.
